One of Dan Fenstermacher’s photos from Morocco has been selected for first place in the Travel category at the Peninsula Photo Contest. The show will be up May 21st June 23rd at the Palo Alto Art Center and the with an opening reception May 23 at 6pm.

Curators Connie and Jerry Rosenthal have included Ellen Konar and Steve Goldband’s image ‘December 23, 12:30’ from their series Fertile Ground , and Linda Fitch’s “Two Trees, Study 1, Hokkaido, Japan” in the Center for Photographic Arts 2019 Members’ Juried Exhibition.

The exhibit at CPA in Carmel, CA runs from April 27 through June 2, 2019, with an opening reception on Saturday April 27 from 5:00-7:00 PM.

Gene Dominque gets Best in Show at PhotoCentral’s Spring Exhibition

Judges Margaretta Mitchell and Irene Imfeld awarded Best of Show to Gene Dominique at the opening of PhotoCentral’s Spring Exhibition last Saturday.
His image is called Thoughts and Prayers and is presented as a 40″ x  40″ framed print.  The photograph is part of Gene’s burgeoning Outrage! series.  Though he wishes otherwise, Gene finds no lack of inspiration for the series.
