Cindy’s Close to Home is a unique site-specific, photo-based art installation at Redwood City’s Art Kiosk. It’s a narrative on the breadth of man’s relationship with fire, from the comfort of the campfire to the threat of wildfire, a threat we ourselves contribute to.

Ellen and Steve’s diptych Hawkview I and II is being shown in the ARC show in San Francisco 48 Pillars. This show includes a pair of work from each
of 24 artists, working in many media, where each piece is exactly 48 inches tall and 12 inches wide. The opening reception is Saturday February 27 at 7PM on Zoom.
Five images from Mitch Nelles’ “Hoops” series were published in Issue 145, April 2021 of Black and White Magazine as part of their Spotlight Awards contest. The editor’s write-up provides an interesting perspective on Nelles’ love of basketball growing up in New Jersey and some of the shared approaches between the sport and photography.
